Machining

The machining process consists of using the appropriate machinery to mold the aluminium into a desired final form, by removing the material by cutting or abrasion, taking advantage of the malleability of the aluminium.

In exlabesa we have 30 CNC machining centers with 3D technology of 3, 4 and 5 axes with an accuracy of ± 0.05 mm and a maximum length of 21 000 mm profile that allow us to perform many types of machining: die-cut, milled, deburred, vibrated, precision cutting, countersunk, plasticized, threaded, etc.

These capacities provide us with great versatility when it comes to machining all types of profiles on the one hand and maximum manufacturing precision on the other.

We also have several high-precision cutting saws, with cut tolerances of ± 0.5 mm and 1º incline.
